Privacy Policy
Last updated October 3, 2026
Ascending Operations LLC, doing business as DeskMomentum ("DeskMomentum," "we," "us"), provides AI business Blueprint, installation and support services for US businesses. This policy explains how we handle personal information through deskmomentum.com, our communications and our services.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide when you request a fit call, contact us, use a website chatbot or become a client. This may include your name, email address, phone number if supplied, company, website, messages, service interests and information about your business tools and workflows. Client engagements may also involve agreements, billing records, project materials and information you authorize us to access.
Our website and connected technologies may collect IP addresses, browser and device information, referring pages, pages visited, interactions, timestamps and cookie or similar identifiers. Chat messages may be stored and processed to respond to inquiries and maintain communication records.
Please do not submit passwords, full payment-card details, Social Security numbers, medical records or other sensitive information through inquiry forms, chatbot messages or ordinary email. Projects involving sensitive or regulated information require separately agreed access and safeguards.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, arrange fit calls, prepare proposals, deliver and support agreed services, administer payments and client relationships, maintain security and meet legal obligations. We also use website activity information to understand visitor interests, measure marketing performance and market DeskMomentum through Google and social media.
Client confidentiality
We do not sell or rent confidential client business materials or provide those materials to other businesses for their own marketing. We do not reuse one client's confidential information for another client or disclose it in public demonstrations, testimonials or case studies without permission.
We limit client information use to agreed work and authorized access. Client materials are not intended for advertising pixels, marketing audiences or public chatbot responses. Necessary provider processing and lawful disclosures are described below.
Providers and disclosures
We use GoHighLevel for website, inquiry and customer communication functions, including chatbot functionality, and Gmail for communications. We may use Meta and Google technologies for marketing and measurement. Payments may be processed through Stripe or PayPal. These services may process contact information, messages, online identifiers, website activity or transaction information according to their functions and applicable terms.
Some providers also process information for their own purposes, such as payment fraud prevention, security or legal compliance. Provider privacy notices explain those activities. We select providers based on the service needed and require appropriate protections for information processed on our behalf.
We may disclose information at your direction or with your permission, when required by law or valid legal process, or when reasonably necessary and legally permitted to protect rights, safety or security.
AI and client projects
We use client information in approved tools and accounts for agreed client work. We do not use confidential client information to train models. Before uploading confidential client information to an AI provider, we require settings or contractual protections preventing provider model training on that information. If those protections cannot be established, we do not upload it. We remove identifying information where practical.
Connected tools may process information outside a client's local storage. A locally stored business Brain does not mean all processing occurs locally. Client engagements define approved tools, permitted information and access boundaries. Website chatbot processing is distinct from authorized client project work; do not provide confidential project materials through the public chatbot.
When we process personal information on a client's behalf, the engagement agreement and applicable data-processing terms also govern that work. Individuals with requests about information supplied by a client should normally contact that client. We assist as required by our agreement and applicable law.
Cookies and marketing tracking
We may use cookies, pixels and similar technologies from GoHighLevel, Meta and Google to operate website features, understand activity, measure advertising and reach relevant audiences. Advertising technologies may allow providers to recognize visitors across websites and services and personalize advertising. These disclosures may qualify as a sale or sharing of personal information under certain state privacy laws, even without a monetary payment.
You can manage cookies through browser settings and advertising preferences through the relevant provider's controls. Blocking cookies may affect website functions. You may also contact us to request an applicable opt-out from targeted advertising, sale or sharing. We honor legally required opt-out requests and recognized privacy preference signals where applicable. Browser Do Not Track signals do not necessarily change all website processing; they are distinct from legally recognized opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control.
Retention and security
We retain inquiries that do not become client engagements for 12 months after the last contact. We retain client working files held by DeskMomentum during service, then return or delete them within 30 days after agreed handover. We retain contracts, invoices and essential transaction evidence for seven years after the engagement ends, or longer where legally required. The seven-year period does not apply to a client's entire business Brain or customer records.
Legal holds, audits, disputes and applicable legal obligations may require particular records to be retained longer. These periods concern copies held by DeskMomentum, not information retained by clients in their own systems or providers acting independently.
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information handled and limit access to authorized people and systems with a business need. No transmission or storage method is completely secure. We provide legally required notifications if a security incident occurs.
Privacy requests and choices
Send privacy questions and requests to [email protected]. DM CSR handles requests and escalates decisions when needed. You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information we hold about you. Depending on applicable law, you may also request a copy, information about disclosures, limits on certain processing or an opt-out from targeted advertising, sale or sharing.
We may verify your identity or authority before responding. We respond within applicable legal deadlines, explain legally permitted limitations or denials and do not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights. Deletion may affect services that require the information. Legally required or permitted retention may limit deletion.
To appeal a denied request, email the same address with the subject "Privacy Request Appeal." We review appeals within applicable legal timeframes and provide regulator complaint information when required. If you receive marketing email from us, you can use its unsubscribe instructions or contact us to stop marketing email; service and legally required communications may continue.
Children and external links
Our services are intended for business owners and authorized adult business users. Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted information so we can address it.
External websites and services have their own privacy practices. Review their notices before providing information. This does not reduce our responsibility for providers processing information on our behalf.
Changes and contact
We post updates on this page and revise the date above. We provide additional notice or obtain consent for material changes where legally required.
