Built with people in the loop

For owners.
For the team already
doing the work.

DeskMomentum helps business owners use AI themselves and helps existing employees use it more effectively. Start where repeated work and scattered information create friction.

A good starting point

  • You have recurring work with a clear input and useful output.
  • You can provide accurate business information and a designated reviewer.
  • You want a defined implementation, with testing and training.

You keep the decisions

AI can make mistakes. People review important outputs and approve actions involving money, external communications, publishing, contracts, deletion, and major business decisions. The tools and actual data flow are reviewed for each engagement.

A few clear answers

Before we talk.

What is a business Brain?

It is an organized library of approved information about your business: facts, procedures, sources, and decisions. We set up your private Obsidian Brain and help you use AI to add and review your first business information.

What does the $3,225 package include?

A $750 personalized Blueprint and $2,475 installation, including the three agents you choose. We customize and install them, verify each on one agreed task, set up your Brain, and install up to ten agreed available plugins across the package. Editable files, setup guidance, and 30 days of correction support are included.

Which agents do we receive?

Your three selected agents are included in your Blueprint and delivered files. Each additional agent costs $995 and is included in those materials too. Atlas is optional if selected; it is not a mandatory or free fourth agent.

Which plugins can you install?

We agree on up to ten plugins across the package after checking availability, compatibility, and your accounts. Examples may include Gmail, GHL, Housecall Pro, and Higgsfield. These examples do not guarantee that every connection is available or works in every setup. You pay third-party subscription and usage fees.

Will the agents run the whole business?

No. Agents have defined responsibilities and access, with human review and approval points. One agreed task test per agent does not cover every possible task or include automatic recurring workflows. We do not guarantee revenue, time savings, or fully autonomous operations.

What should we bring to the fit call?

One repeated problem, the tools you currently use, and an idea of who will use and review the work. You do not need to share passwords, customer records, or sensitive documents to start the conversation.

Your next useful step

What work keeps pulling
you back to the desk?

Request a free 20-minute fit call. Tell us a little about your business and one repeated task you would like help with. You will receive an email acknowledging your request, followed by a separate email to arrange your call.

There is no purchase commitment for the call. We discuss your task, current tools, and the help you need. If there is a fit, we outline the next step and agree on scope and terms before work begins.

Submitting this form requests a call; it does not book an appointment or purchase a service. Please share a short description rather than confidential records.

The form opens in a new tab. We’ll follow up by email to arrange your call.
