How it works

From repeated work
to a clear AI workflow.

We help you choose a useful starting task, organize the business knowledge it needs, and give AI agents clear responsibilities. Your people stay involved in the decisions.

Your starting package

Your chosen agents.
Planned, installed, and checked.

Packages start at $3,225The starting price includes your personalized Blueprint and installation of three agents you choose. Need a larger team? Choose additional agents for $995 each.

Includes a $750 Blueprint and $2,475 installation. The Blueprint is part of the total, not an extra charge.

01 / PERSONALIZED BLUEPRINT

A plan for your business

We review your business and tools, identify three prioritized opportunities, and prepare your business Brain plan and editable roadmap.

  • A questionnaire to gather your business context
  • A review meeting to walk through the plan
  • Your selected agents, included in your Blueprint and delivered files; three are included in the starting package

The Blueprint and installation are one package. Additional agents cost $995 each and are added to your Blueprint and delivered files. You receive your purchased agents; Atlas is optional if you choose it.

02 / INSTALLATION

We set up your team

We set up and install your selected agents, set up your private Obsidian business Brain, and help you use AI to enter and review your first business information.

  • Verify each installed agent, including purchased additions, on one agreed task
  • Install up to ten agreed available plugins across the package
  • Editable operating files and owner or designated-user setup guidance
  • 30 days of correction support for the agreed configuration

We agree on agents, task checks, plugins, prerequisites, and scope before work begins. Extra tasks, custom integrations, migrations, and recurring automation need separate agreement.

Inside your package

A foundation your team
can understand and use.

Each piece supports your selected agents and their agreed tasks. You receive editable operating files that clearly describe responsibilities and review steps.

01 / APPROVED KNOWLEDGE

Your business Brain

An organized library of approved business facts, procedures, sources, and decisions in a private Obsidian workspace. We establish a Company Truth Sheet and source map so agents know where to look.

02 / DEFINED ROLES

A configured agent team

Your selected agents, customized and installed for your business. The starting package includes three; you can choose more for $995 per additional agent. Each has a defined job, relevant context, agreed permissions, and a way to return work for review.

03 / AGREED TASK CHECKS

One task test per agent

We agree on one task and expected results for each installed agent, verify its operation, and save the evidence. A task test does not guarantee every possible task or automatic recurring workflows.

04 / USER READINESS

Setup guidance and first Brain entry

We help you use AI to add your first business information to the Obsidian Brain, then reread and review it. Owner or designated-user guidance and 30 days of correction support cover the agreed configuration.

Up to ten agreed available plugins are installed across the package. Gmail, GHL, Housecall Pro, and Higgsfield are examples, subject to compatibility, accounts, access, and your approvals. You pay third-party subscription and usage fees. Actual connections and task checks are agreed for your engagement; connected AI services may process information outside your local computer.

The working process

Agree on the work.
Then check each chosen agent.

Your package combines a personalized Blueprint, installation, and one agreed task test for each selected agent. Define the scope before work begins.

01 / FIND THE FIT

Choose a useful task

On a 20-minute fit call, discuss one repeated task, your current tools, and who will use the system. If there is a fit, select your three agents, any $995 additions, the plugin list, and the agreed task checks.

02 / PREPARE

Prepare your Blueprint

Complete the business questionnaire, share approved source material and representative examples, and identify a reviewer. We prepare your Brain plan, roadmap, and selected agent files, then review the plan together.

03 / CHECK

Install and check the agents

We customize and install your chosen agents and up to ten agreed available plugins across the package. Verify each agent on one agreed task; you review it against the source material and confirm important details.

04 / PUT TO USE

Add your first business information

We set up your Obsidian Brain and help you use AI to add your first business information, reread it, and review it. Setup guidance and 30 days of correction support help you use the agreed configuration.

Illustrative walkthrough

A weekly summary.
With the open questions visible.

A small fictional example shows how scattered updates could become a useful draft.

AI-generated illustration of an owner reviewing a weekly summary assembled from task updates
INPUT / APPROVED TASK UPDATES

What the agent receives

  • Project A: draft complete; approval has not been confirmed.
  • Project B: waiting for a supplier’s delivery date.
  • Project C: no update provided this week.

Request: “Prepare a weekly summary. Separate progress, blockers, and decisions. Flag missing information.”

OUTPUT / DRAFT FOR REVIEW

What the owner could review

Progress: Project A’s draft is complete. Approval is still unconfirmed.

Blocker: Project B needs the supplier’s delivery date before the next step can be planned.

Missing information: Project C has no update; its status cannot be confirmed.

Decision needed: Confirm who will review Project A and who will follow up on Project B.

YOUR ROLE

Check before acting

The designated reviewer checks important details against the original updates, resolves open questions, and sets priorities. The draft does not contact a supplier or change a deadline.

WHAT WE WOULD TEST

Does it reflect the sources?

Check that the summary preserves approval status, flags the missing update, avoids invented dates, and returns the result to the agreed reviewer. Your actual workflow is scoped and tested separately.

What you bring

Your knowledge.
You review it.
Your decisions.

A useful setup needs accurate information and people who know the business. You help confirm the sources, provide approved access, and make time for testing and training.

Agree on these before starting

  • The repeated task, required inputs, and useful output
  • The owner or designated person who reviews work
  • Which information and accounts agents may use
  • How exceptions and missing information are handled
  • The agreed task and expected results for each selected agent

AI can make mistakes. Important outputs need review. Money, external communications, publishing, contracts, deletion, and major business decisions require human approval under the rules we agree on.

After the starting point

Help as your team
learns to use the setup.

Your package includes 30 days of correction support for the agreed configuration. Ongoing monthly support is optional and is not required to buy the package. AI Operations Partner support is $1,250 per month, with a three-month minimum and up to ten hours per month after package purchase.

Ongoing help can cover

Training and questions, tool connections, added business context, adjustments to existing agents, and troubleshooting within agreed support terms.

Agree on the scope before expanding

Additional agents are $995 each, added to your Blueprint and delivered files. Additional tasks and workflows are separately scoped. Response times, available support hours, and service terms are defined in the client agreement.
